New Mexico
Northern New Mexico is one of the most unique and culturally distinct areas of the United States. It is the home of both ancient Native American communities and pueblos founded long before the inception of the United States.
Visitors to Northern New Mexico will enjoy the extraordinary beauty of the natural world while exploring a valuable sense of place and relation thanks to the deep traditions and cultures of the region.
Work on organic farms, visit indigenous communities, learn about the ancient acequia irrigation system, or contribute to water conservation or land and cultural restoration efforts in local and native communities. Service learning trips vary depending on season and community needs but international travel can be arranged in the Navajo Nation (Dinetah) or groups may visit Northern New Mexico including projects in Santa Fe and/or Taos..
