Los Ninos de Baja California A,C. Tijuana

Via International is proud to partner with Los Niños de Baja Tijuana, a Mexican based NGO that has been working in the border region of Mexicali since 1975. Los Niños’ programs address the basic needs of communities by building the capacities of the residents to become agents of positive change. The community members in turn create opportunities for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Visiting groups work shoulder to shoulder with local residents on community-driven projects that enhance local schools, parks, homes, and neighborhood centers. The program offers thousands of hours of labor and materials to families and communities in need through projects designed to build self-reliance and long-term sustainability.
